Pricing is based on the number of pets. An adult must be present for the first clean-up appointment to confirm pricing and payment.

Waste Removal Service Includes:
    + Collect and remove all dog's waste (feces) from your yard.
    + Double bag all waste for safety.
    + Disinfect my footware and tools after each job to prevent transmission of disease.
    + Carefully secure all entrances and gates to make sure no body escapes.

Winter Policy
During the winter months, December through March, the work is much more labor intensive and time consuming. I may not be able to provide the normally scheduled service. I provide service on a weather permitting basis. During the winter months, I can encounter the following conditions:

*Very Recent Snow:
As little as 2 inches of recent snow fall can impair our ability to locate waste. I will try to reach as many customers as I can prior to a snow fall.

*Waste visible but frozen:
I might find myself unable to remove all the waste at that time, but I will do my best.

* Mid-Winter Thaw:
I will work hard to remove any waste missed on prior visits that was frozen or burried by snow.

Waste Removal Rates Waste removal must be paid for one month at a time -- in advance, unless using one-time service.

Dog rates are based on up to 1/2 hour visit.

**First-time/One-time Clean-up/Extra dirty yard:
$45 for the first half hour and $30 each additional half hour (minimum $45). Additional fees may be assessed for large dogs, yard condition (large yards, steep grading, etc.) and/or debris (ex. wood chippings, rocks, leaves, etc.).
     ** If yard was cleaned within 1 week prior to service, "First-time" fee may be waived.

Cat rates are for emptying and sanitizing pan(s), filling with clean litter (you must supply the new litter), and removal of old litter from your home.
